Verrado is governed by three distinct, yet complementary non-profit entities responsible for maintaining the vision and integrity of the community: Verrado Assembly, Verrado Community Association, Inc. and Victory District Association, Inc.
The Verrado Assembly strives to enhance the quality of life for Verrado residents by facilitating and promoting effective community engagement opportunities including volunteer service, neighborhood activities and community-wide events and programs.
The Verrado Community Association, Inc. preserves Verrado’s special community landscapes and unique neighborhood settings by ensuring that community standards are maintained for enhanced quality of life.
The Victory District Association, Inc. enforces guidelines for the 55+ age-qualified district within Verrado. Victory offers exclusive amenities, events and programs with the active adult community lifestyle in mind.
Verrado is managed by Cohere, a team of industry experts who create places and cultivate relationships that inspire people to find purpose, live authentically, and thrive together.
