Arizona’s bi-annual culinary showcase known as Arizona Restaurant Week, is returning for ten delicious days, May 21-30, 2021. Chef Steven Maynard of Tempo Urban Bistro once again topped the “Arizona Republic” must-try list, out of 138 renowned dining establishments on the roster.
Tempo’s three-course prix-fixe menu is affordably priced at $44 person for discerning foodies and those who prefer classic comfort food. Starter choices include braised Kurobuta pork with sweet corn polenta and poached hen egg, or an ahi tuna stack with sticky rice, avocado and eel sauce.
The main course is equally compelling, with Beef Wellington or bone marrow fettuccine with porcini mushrooms, or chicken and waffles with creamed spinach, jalapeno cornbread waffle and maple bourbon pan jus. Whiskey bread pudding, peach cobbler and vanilla crème brulee provide tempting choices for dessert.
“Karen and I are grateful for the outpouring of support for Tempo Urban Bistro in this vibrant community we proudly call home,” Chef Steven Maynard said.
“We encourage you to experience Tempo Urban Bistro’s Arizona Restaurant Week menu, which is full of irresistible choices.”
Chef Maynard’s special prix-fixe menu is available for dine-in or take-out through May 30th.
