Keller Williams Moves into Prime Real Estate on Main Street
Comments Off on Keller Williams Moves into Prime Real Estate on Main StreetOperating Principal Wendy Patton of Keller Williams Realty Elite had three iconic words in mind when establishing her new office in the Jackson Building on Main Street this month: location, location, location.
As the largest real estate brokerage in the world, Keller William’s new presence at the nexus of Main Street and Verrado Way will serve as a hub for more than 100 leading real estate agents that are well-versed in Verrado’s unparalleled lifestyle and amenities.
“As the Keller Williams franchise owner for the entire West Valley, I couldn’t be more excited for our Verrado team. They live, work and play right here in this beautiful community that I’m also proud to call home,” Patton said.
Familiar names on her Main Street agent roster include Tim Klimek, John Baxter, Daniel Hedstrom, Diane Simpson, Natalie Calderon, Charli and Bret Drefs, Serena Rash, Rod Horn, Elizaveta Kiseleva, Tessie Davis, Marta Baxter, Aaron Lighter among others.
“With Verrado housing prices escalating at unprecedented rates over the previous year, we can navigate the nuances of this economy, whether you are buying or selling your dream home,” she added.
Verrado is renowned for its multi-generational, family-friendly appeal, which has proven to be another gift for Patton, as her granddaughter’s family has also settled in Verrado, while her son’s family resides nearby.
“The unique and varied architecture with front porch living, park systems, high-ranking school system, flagship community events and Main Street’s charm all contribute to Verrado’s exponential growth and popularity. My husband and I recently purchased a home in Victory, and we can’t wait to meet our neighbors in this vibrant community!” Patton added.
The most recent U.S Census Bureau Report released in May 2020 named Buckeye, Arizona the second-fastest growing city in the U.S. Patton encourages new home buyers to engage a realtor’s services prior to visiting builder showrooms for the first time. “We are local experts, without ties to a specific builder. Every new home buyer should have expert representation, as the buyer doesn’t pay anything to utilize our knowledge, experience and proprietary technology,” Patton said.
Whether in the market for a home, looking to list or wondering what the real estate outlook holds, the doors are open at Keller Williams’ newest office in the Jackson Building.
