Tempo Urban Bistro founders and proprietors Steven and Karen Maynard are proud of the changes their hyperlocal urban bistro has experienced since their 2013 debut. “Our growth has been fueled by our caliber of menu offerings, continually reflected in our customers’ appreciation,” Chef Steven Maynard said. “As Verrado residents for over ten years, my wife Karen and I are very proud of our staff, and the joy they put into the preparation and execution of our menu offerings. We’ve added grass-fed burgers as a delicious and healthy lunch option. But the biggest culinary leap evolves from our dinner menu, enticing our patrons to try new flavor combinations.”
